Privacy Policy

1. About this application

The GHS App (com.ghslandscapinginc.ghsapp) is an internal corporate tool intended exclusively for authorized employees and staff of GHS Landscaping Inc. It is used to manage service orders, crew schedules, work resources, and vehicle check-ins.

The application is not directed at the general public, displays no advertising, does not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes, and does not collect personal data for commercial purposes. Access requires credentials provided by the company.

2. Data the application processes

We collect only the minimum required for the work tool to function:

Biometric data (fingerprint / Face ID)	Fast and secure unlocking of the application	Remains exclusively on the device, managed by the operating system. The app never accesses, stores, or transmits your biometrics.

3. Data the application does NOT collect

• Geographic location: the app does not track or collect your location.
• Contacts, text messages (SMS), or calendar: these are not read. When applicable, sending an SMS simply opens your device's default messaging app, pre-filled — you decide whether to send it.
• Financial or payment data.
• No data is used for advertising or sold to third parties.

4. Device permissions

5. Data sharing

Data is shared only with:

• GHS Landscaping Inc. servers, for the operation to function.
• Google Firebase, as an infrastructure provider for crash reporting and usage analytics, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

There is no sale, rental, or sharing of data for advertising purposes.

6. Security and retention

Credentials are stored encrypted on the device, and communication with the server is carried out over secure channels (HTTPS). Work data is retained for as long as the employee's relationship with the company remains active and in accordance with GHS's operational and legal needs.

7. Your rights

As this is a corporate tool, requests related to your data (access, correction, or deletion) should be directed to your GHS account administrator or through the contact details below.
